Listen I bought a 2015 Toyota Yaris for 15000 and the shelf on hatchback broke not only that they didn't put my back bummer on right and is missing clips . Very poor customer service.

Y'all didn't take care of the car and I'm supposed to dish all this money out even when I called them and told them this *** needed to get fixed they didn't fix it instead u charged me 50 dollars or more for a God damn tire rotation and oil change absolutely ridiculous!

I will tell everyone trying to buy a car to never go to u ppl very unprofessional maybe Mr Hendrickson can pick better employees that speak *** English and take the time for there customers!!!!! I'm sorry but that's how I feel right now
